Who we are:

A ministry at Arizona State University making disciples of all nations, in partnership with local churches, for the worship and glory of God.

What we do:

  • Welcome all nations. We do this because people of all ethnicities and nationalities are made in God’s image, and God Himself desires that people from every tribe, language, people, and nation would come to saving faith in Christ. Moreover, Christ has already provided for the salvation of a diverse multitude of believers, and He is declared worthy precisely because He was slain, ransoming a diverse people for God by His blood (Revelation 5:9). We strive to embody God’s desire for their souls by welcoming them, wherever they’re from.

  • Engage in gospel conversations. In love for these precious souls, we introduce them to Jesus, Who was crucified for our sins and Whom God raised, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:10-12). At the core of our weekly meetings is a Bible study that gets students thinking and talking about the gospel, the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:18). We pray and trust that God will save many by His gospel as revealed in His Word.

  • Cultivate deep relationships. During Jesus’ earthly ministry, He spent time with people and developed relationships with them, often sharing meals with those in need of saving grace (Mark 2:15-17). We likewise minister relationally. We don’t just talk at students; we come alongside them and walk with them as they consider the Bible’s claims. Deep relationships also provide context in which students can see the true faith working itself out in a believer’s life, and our desire to know them embodies God’s desire for relationship with them.

  • Serve through hospitality and meeting needs. If Jesus washed His disciples’ feet, so should we serve others in hospitality (John 13:14). If Jesus laid down His life for us, we also ought to sacrifice for others’ needs (1 John 3:16-17). In so doing, we respond to and express the extravagant, self-sacrificial love that God has shown us in Christ, and we serve and bless Jesus through serving the lowly and the needy among the students (Matthew 25:40). This is why we provide free dinner weekly and collect and distribute furniture donations.

  • Invite into life with Christ and His church. The first words Jesus spoke in the Gospel of Mark were an invitation to respond to the gospel with faith and repentance (Mark 1:15). Then, when the gospel begins to spread after Jesus’ resurrection, those who respond to the gospel join the local church in order to live out the faith with other believers (Acts 2:38-47). As students come to understand Jesus’ claim of lordship and offer of salvation, we point them to the Bible’s invitation to repent, believe, and join a local church to be discipled.

  • Send around the world. While Jesus commanded His disciples to be His witnesses to the end of the earth (Acts 1:8), we are in the unique situation of the end of the earth coming to us. With over 150 different countries at ASU, we have the opportunity to send students who graduate as evangelists and disciplemakers all over the world. Please pray with us that God would do a mighty work among these students and use this one university for global Kingdom impact.
